Over the past few newsletters, we’ve been spotlighting some of our clients. This month, we’re going to look at one of our own teams who are getting ready to take a huge step in their product’s development. You’ve seen us write about this product before, and it’s Lore Link.

Since we haven’t talked about it since last June, let me bring you up to speed. Lore Link is our tabletop role-playing game (TTRPG) campaign management system. It is a web-based organizational tool that allows those running a TTRPG to take all of their notes that often get scattered across all sorts of places - notebooks, sticky notes, napkins, Google Docs, journals, etc. - enter them into Lore Link, and connect it all in a way that makes sense. Yes, you take your Lore and Link it together! This way, on game day, everything is ready at the GM’s fingertips, making the game run smoother for everyone.
Lore Link is the brainchild of Mark Della-Croce, who has grown up with role-playing games since he was a toddler. RPGs have helped Mark make friends over the years, at college and in the working world, and he’s had good times slaying monsters and telling stories through gaming. He and his gaming group felt that they wanted to do something to give back to the TTRPG community. In looking at his options, he noted that while digital tabletops, digital rule books, and other player aids were common, there were few good digital tools available for the Game Master (GM), the person who runs the gaming campaigns for the group. In addition, those tools that were available had a very steep learning curve and weren’t beginner-friendly, let alone addressing accessibility for all types of gamers. Knowing this wasn’t a project he could take on alone, he approached his fellow gamers here at Andromeda Galactic, and here we are!
All of this started in 2020, and the team had their first major milestone in 2023, when they ran a successful Kickstarter campaign that kicked off at Origins Game Fair, and continued taking late backers at Gen Con. Since then, their early access participants have been using the system, making suggestions, and providing testing feedback. In 2024, at Gen Con, they opened up their free “World” membership tier and started taking on new members. Now, in June 2025, they are returning to Origins, and they’re taking yet another huge step: exiting early access and moving into the official launch of Lore Link.
After many years of building, testing, and gathering feedback from their initial users, Lore Link will now be open to everyone!. This means, starting at Origins, GMs who are looking for a better way to organize their campaigns can sign up for any tier of Lore Link they choose. For some, who only run the occasional game, the World tier is going to work fine. For those who are running more games, or would like the ability to do things like add “hot spots” to their maps (think fast travel for your notes) or creating custom templates to quickly be able to create new people, places, and things, users are now able to sign up for our Galaxy, Universe, or Multiverse tiers, which range in price from $3 to $10 a month.
If you’re at Origins, please visit the team at booth 200 and take a look at what they’ve put together; they’re extremely excited about it. Also, if you would like to stay updated on the continued development of Lore Link, along with everything else the team is doing, please sign up for their newsletter! All right, with that, I’m going to go ahead and cut everyone loose to enjoy the rest of your Wednesday, or whichever day you’re reading this. Please remember to take good care of yourselves. Stay hydrated, don’t work through meals, and get up from your desk to stretch now and then. Most importantly, please be excellent to yourselves and each other.
