Martine and Michael Dowden Presenting a Workshop at the International Javascript Conference
They will be presenting in New York City on Monday, September 26th

The International Javascript Conference is returning to New York, New York from September 26th through the 29th, and Andromeda founders Martine and Michael Dowden will be there, presenting a workshop alongside 40+ other experts from around the world.

On Monday, September 26th, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern, they will be presenting Building for Accessibility with Angular in the Golden Ballroom. Millions of people depend on accessibility features in order to use websites and applications, and to access technology and data that we often take for granted. When building for the web it is very important that we consider how to make sure our software is accessible to everyone. During the workshop, Martine and Michael will cover accessibility principles, accessibility issues and their impact on users, tools and techniques to identify issues, strategies and methods for fixing accessibility issues, theming with components, SCSS, and material design, input error handling and material forms, and how to build out an accessibility action plan.

Located at the New York Marriott at the Brooklyn Bridge, the International Javascript conference is four days of keynotes, talks, and live coding, led by over forty expert speakers from around the world.
