Michael Dowden gives his talk, “Playing with Fire” for the Google Developer Student Club

Andromeda Galactic Founder Michael Dowden will be giving his talk Playing with Fire at the Dallas Baptist University in Texas for the Google Developer Student Club.

In this talk, Michael, a Google Developer Expert will walk participants through the process and help them get started with Firebase and make a live application. Participants will learn how to build a messaging application and Michael will show all the steps required to launch a new serverless web application with Firebase. Along the way, they will learn about many Firebase features, including database, cloud function, cloud storage, hosting, authentication, security rules, client and admin SDK. This event will run from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm CDT (3:00 pm to 5:00 pm EDT) on November 4th, 2021.

Michael Dowden is an international keynote speaker and is the CEO of Andromeda Galactic Solutions, President of FlexePark, and CTO of Catipult.ai. As a leader with almost 30 years in the technology industry, he has worked alongside more than 100 companies to build human-centered solutions. Michael is a Google Developer Expert and Microsoft MVP, and is the author of Programming Languages ABC++, Approachable Accessibility, and Architecting CSS.
