Experience

Martine and Michael founded Andromeda Galactic Solutions in 2015 and have been running the business and consulting on web projects together ever since. They have built a number of products during that time, including Lore Link, Ignition CMS, and FlexePark. They have over 30 years' combined experience running technology companies, and over 40 years' combined experience building web software. Michael focuses on business strategy, architecture, and consulting, while Martine focuses on UX, product design, and web development. They've been educating developers on software topics for over a decade at conferences, online, and through their books.

About the Coaching

We offer three coaching packages:

  1. Ad-hoc coaching at $400/hr - schedule on demand
  2. Our Coach plan is $750/month and includes:
    • one 90 minute monthly coaching meeting per month
    • two 30 minute ad-hoc huddles per month
    • regular weekly communication via Slack
    • work together to build out short and long-term development plans
  3. Our Mentor plan is $1,500/month and includes
    • one 90 minute monthly coaching meeting every other week
    • two 30 minute ad-hoc huddles per month
    • regular weekly communication via Slack
    • work together to build out short and long-term development plans
    • we'll share resources, books, and make introductions to other experts as appropriate

    • Martine & Michael co-wrote Approachable Accessibility, a guide for businesses to create an accessibility plan.
